Discounts apply to your full subscription, including storage add-ons. Your plan renews automatically at the cadence you choose until you cancel.

No fine print games. Here's exactly how cancellations, refunds, and disputes work.
Cancel anytime from your account's billing portal. No notice period, no cancellation fee. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Not satisfied within the first 14 days of a new subscription? Contact us and we'll refund your first payment in full. Renewal charges billed in error, or renewals where the service was unavailable to you, are also fully refundable within 14 days of the charge. Everything else is handled case by case. We'd rather make it right than argue.
Think a charge is wrong? Email vincent@danewchamp.com before opening a dispute with your card issuer. We respond within 2 business days and resolve confirmed billing errors with a refund or credit.
